This registration contains all terms, policies, and requirements for enrollment in the Day Time Academy. Execution of this packet constitutes a binding agreement.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Program Type: Day Time Academy

Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Training Location: The Falls of Autry Mill - 9825 Autry Falls Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30022

This program is designed for serious competitive players. Full commitment, effort, and compliance are required.

ACADEMY RULES & POLICIES

1. Academy Commitment

Enrollment requires Players and Parents must abide by Academy and Club policies.

2. Tuition, Billing & Late Fees

Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month. Payment is due by the 7th of each month. Late payments may incur late fees and/or suspension.

3. Private Lessons

Private Lessons are by request and billed separately from tuition.

4. Attendance & Daily Participation

Attendance is mandatory Monday-Friday, 2:00-5:00 PM. All on-court, off-court, conditioning, mental training, meetings, and assigned activities are required.

5. Outside Coaching Prohibited

Players may not receive outside tennis coaching or lessons while enrolled unless authorized by Academy Director.

6. Injury & Rehab Expectations

Injured players must report to practice unless medically restricted. Alternative training, rehab, education, or observation will be assigned.

7. Inclement Weather Training

Weather-affected days will include mental training, tactical instruction, video analysis, or classroom sessions. Attendance remains mandatory.

8. Tournament Coaching Fees

Tournament coaching is not included in tuition. Fees must be agreed upon in advance.

9. Recruiting Services

Recruiting services are available during sophomore, junior, and senior years. Recruiting support requires additional fees.

10. Parent Meetings

Parent meetings are by request only to review player progress."2 per Year"

11. Conduct & Coachability Standards

Players must demonstrate respect, effort, discipline, and coachability at all times.

MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission for the Academy to photograph and/or record video of the Player during training, matches, events, or activities. I understand these images or videos may be used for training, educational, promotional, website, or social media purposes. I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for such use and that this consent remains valid while the Player is enrolled unless revoked in writing.
